WHO I AM

My name is Jordan Stitt. I am a real estate professional specializing in real estate investments, with extensive experience in new home and rental properties in and around the Ottawa-Carleton Region.

Born and raised in Westboro and Wellington West, with 10 years of experience in real estate and marketing, I specialize in working with condo developers and investment builders, including Ashcroft, Domicile, Broccolini, Mastercraft, Theberge Homes and TC United. Throughout my years of experience, I have gained expansive knowledge in rental rates and projections, and have been involved in dynamically changing neighbourhoods through successful real estate development.

To date, I've completed over 600 transactions. I have developed extensive relationships in the community and an ability to negotiate and secure properties for my clients. My experience, coupled with extensive knowledge of the Ottawa area grant my exclusive access to significant market opportunities.
